Integrated Fraud Solutions provides the nation’s only BI-CULTURAL INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES COURSE.  It has been our experience that in the majority of cases the “bilingual” ability of anti-fraud and Law Enforcement personnel is not adequate in yielding fruitful and useful information that results in the denial of claims or criminal prosecution.

Our BI-CULTURAL INTERVIEW TECHNQUES COURSE was designed specifically for the health care fraud investigator.  Based on our extensive experience in the field of fraud detection through the interview of medical providers, billing agency personnel and insurance beneficiaries, we have developed a course that covers all aspects of the process, from preparation to the interaction between the interviewer and the subject of the inquiry.

In addition to the “real life” investigative experience used in the development of this course, Integrated Fraud Solutions enlisted the assistance of mental health professionals dedicated to servicing immigrant communities.  This has allowed us to present a sound methodology that will result in usable information.
